ABBY AND MADDY WERE SUCH GOOD LITTLE BLACKBERRY PICKERS

LOOK AT ALL OF THOSE BLACKBERRIES. I PUT UP 8 GALLONS!!

Bella continues to wean off the vent. We can now take her into stores while off the vent, we went out to eat and she stayed off the vent!! It is amazing how much easier it is to get around without the vent. I am just so proud of her. And as always she is just as happy as can be. She is such a blessing in our lives!!
Annie is growing like a weed. She smiles and coos all of the time. She even did a little giggle the other day. Well, it was more like a coo with a hop!! She is just so precious :)
Abby and Maddy are growing up so fast. Maddy will start her second year of pre-school and Abby will be in the 2nd grade. I can't believe how much they have grown this summer.
10 more days until my 30th birthday!! WOW. I can't believe I will be celebrating my 30th and that I am the mother of 4 beautiful girls and so lucky to have such a wonderful husband whom I adore. I think my 30's are going to be awesome!!

UPDATES: ANNIE IS ABOUT 10# ALREADY. I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW FAST SHE IS GROWING. SHE IS ALREADY SMILING AND COOING SOME. SHE TURNED 7 WEEKS LAST FRIDAY!!

ISABELLA IS DOING GREAT. IN FACT SHE IS DOING BETTER THAN SHE EVER HAS. SHE IS OFF THE VENT FOR MOST OF THE DAY. I FEEL LIKE WE ARE FINALLY STARTING TO GET SOMEWHERE WITH THE WEANING PROCESS. SHE GOT A STANDER THE OTHER DAY FROM EQUIPMENT EXCHANGE. IT IS THIS MASSIVE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT THAT HOLDS HER IN A STANDING POSITION. IT HAS A TRAY ON THE FRONT SO SHE CAN PLAY WITH HER TOYS. WE HAVE TO TAKE IT TO PHYSICAL THERAPY ON MONDAY SO THEY CAN SIZE IT TO HER. I CAN'T WAIT TO START USING IT. IT WILL BE GREAT TO STRENGTHEN HER LEG MUSCLES.

ISABELLA LOVED THE FIREWORKS. SHE WOULD JUMP A LITTLE WITH THE BIG BOOMS, BUT FOR THE MOST PART SHE JUST LOOKED UP AT THEM IN AWE.
I HOPE EVERYONE HAD A HAPPY AND SAFE 4TH!!

We spent a few days at Children's Mercy this week for appointments and Bella's bronchoscopy. We were originally suppose to stay one night in the PICU after the bronchoscopy, but Bella did so great that they just let us go home. Everything with the bronch looked good. They cut out some granuloma tissue in her airway. She also gained 2 1/2 pounds in the last 6 weeks. She is now up to 25#.

Bella all ready to go back to the OR

She is so sweet!!

Isabella enjoying herself at Katy Days

Annie is doing great. She nurses ALL of the time. She already sleeps for 5 hrs at night. I can't believe how busy I am with these girls. Abby and Maddy have been a big help. Bella is also doing great. We leave for KC in a few weeks for an EEG and a bronchoscope. Bella will have to stay one night in the PICU after her bronch.
Well enjoy the pics. Hopefully I will start finding more time to get on here. Not only have I not had time to blog, I also have not had time to read others blogs. I feel so out of touch!!

Life at the Gudde House

Bella giving Annie kisses. It was so sweet

Sorry everyone. I have been very busy with my 4 girls. As you all know, Annie is here. She was born Friday morning at 8:19 a.m. She was 7.6# and 20.5 inches long. She is perfect in every way. I went in Friday morning at around 2:00 a.m. I was at a 5 when I got there. My labor was progressing fairly quick. My Dr. convinced me that I should get an epidural. So in a moment of weakness, I agreed. I didn't however get my epidural until I was at an 8. The epidural ended up stalling my labor for a little while. I stayed at a 9 for 3 hours. Then finally it was time. I pushed once, yes just once and she was here.

She is so wonderful. She nurses very, very well. She is going to pork up quickly. Her Dr. said she is perfect. He is the Dr. that found Bella's heart murmur. He listened to Annie for a very long time on three different occasions. No murmurs!!!!!

So we came home Saturday afternoon and we have just been enjoying life.
