Swimming with Mommy

Today Isabella got to go swimming for the first time. She LOVED the water. She didn't get too wet because I kept her on the float the whole time. She stayed out for 20 minutes. It is amazing what she is able to go and do this summer opposed to last summer. We spent all day yesterday in Joplin school shopping for the girls. Isabella doesn't ever seem to mind a bit begin out and about. She goes with a smile on her face.

That is so fantastic that she's able to do those fun things this year! I love the pics; she looks like she's really comfy.

That is awesome. She looks great. Have you tried one of those floats for little ones that you can put her legs through...I think there are like turtles and whales and things. I noticed this year when we put Kaden in his he has been kicking a lot more. I think it helps them a lot with strenghting his legs. I am so happy that you all are able to enjoy Bella as she continues to enjoy life. She looks so happy to be in the pool.

I do have a quick question...how does Bella do with the nose on her trach? Kaden has been able to stay off of the vent for at least an hour now, but that is without the nose. With it he has a hard time staying off. Have you noticed any difference in Bella? Just curious. It would be so much easier to have Kaden in the pool with out being attatched to the vent, but I will not take him outside without the nose.

Thinking about you guys.

The pics are great. It is good to see her enjoying things without her leash. It will be so great to get rid of it, I am sure you agree. I am glad her appointments went VERY VERY well....YES!! Way to go. She has come so far. I enjoy watching your family and learning from you.....keep up the great and awesome job.
